There is a maximum of 13 Lunar cycles in

also the 1333rd anniversary of the death
of the Merovingian King Dagobert II
She mentions that the word DAG means
'Fish' and the word BERT means 'house'
So the death of Dagobert means the death
of the House of Fish - PISCES.

On July 16th, on September
1st , 1782 , the general convent of
Wilhelmsbad was held there, where 36 delegates from all over
Europe duly appointed (and in particular Freemasonry and
French Freemasonry ) were drafted. the Scottish Rite
rectified .
The documents and documents were written and kept by the
French-speaking secretary appointed for this convent ,
Jean-Baptiste Willermoz .
He defended the Masonic movement of
Martinism , whereas previously Brother Joseph de Maistre had
sent him his famous Memoir to the Duke of Brunswick ,
addressed to the Duke Ferdinand of Brunswick-Lunebourg , who
presides over the workshops of Wilhelmsbad, but is not
followed in this process by the other delegates

The Rectified Scottish Rite was codified during the General Convent of
Wilhelmsbad in 1782 under the presidency of Duke
Ferdinand of Brunswick-Lüneburg, who became Grand Master of the
Order at the end of this convent

Thirty-six duly mandated Freemasons from all over Europe work there from
July 16 to September 1
2 .
The work being held in French and German, two secretaries are appointed
to record all documents and decisions.
The designated French-speaking secretary is
Jean-Baptiste Willermoz .
This general convent is preceded by twelve national or regional
preparatory convective such as the
Kolho convent of 1772 in
Lusatia 3 , the
Brunswick convent of 1775 or the convent of Gaul in
Lyon in
1778
2 .
The Strict Observance logo of the Sun
During this convent general, the conventuals rectify the geographical
structure (used until then and resulting from
Strict observance Templar
) in nine provinces.
Each province has at its summit a prefecture, named
"Grand Priory" .
They also decided to abandon all filiations with the Templar legacy .
During this convent they write in extenso the rituals of the
first three symbolic grades and the articulation of the
4th grade, including elements
of the Order of the
Elus Coëns .
Nevertheless, many decisions taken could not be transcribed in the facts
on the spot.
In particular, and in particular, the reform of the
"Masonic Code of the Reunited and Rectified
Lodges of France" (called
"Code of Lyon" )
4 and that of the "General Code of
Regulations of the Order of the CBCS"
5 from of the convent of Gaul.
These two reforms are therefore used as a basis and are amended during a
dozen working sessions.
The codification of these changes in order to form the
"Masonic Code of Lodges Reunited under the
Scottish Regime" (known as the
"Wilhelmsbad Code" ) and "The General Code
of Regulations of the
Chevalier Bienfaisant de la City Sainte Order " is left to
the secretaries.
Their work must be validated during a subsequent general convent that
never meets because of the French Revolution .
Jean-Baptiste
Willermoz is therefore committed to finalizing the work entrusted to
him.
This set is considered as the first version of the rituals

In the following years, he meets various people who have an influence on
his work.
In 1787, he met a supporter of
Mesmer and
spiritualism , Madame de Vallière

His influence made him modify the rituals, which created a second set of
rituals around 1788 .
After the French revolution, in 1808 , on the occasion of the
"rectification" of the lodge
"the
centre of friends"
in Lyon
8 ,
a third set of rituals was written, including elements referring to
alchemy .
Finally, at the end of his life, he revises once again all the rituals
to make a fourth set around 1820
It is important to state here that
Béranger Sauniére made several visits to a Martinist Lodge in
Lyon.
He was an Honoured guest there.
Duke
Ferdinand of Brunswick-Lüneburg was a member of the
Bavarian Illuminati.

The significance of January 17th
At DAWN on the 17th January 1681 (a special day for the Prieure de Sion) the Sun rises in Capricorn
bearing 118º.
However due east at dawn is the
Constellation of Aquarius.

Directly overhead (Zenith) are the constellations of
Ophiucus (The snake charmer), Böötes, Hercules and Ursa Major.

into a bear and flung her into the sky - , she is the mother of Arcas,
her hand is on his shoulder).
Despite the opinion of others the
background view of Poussin's Shepherds of Arcadia is similar to the view
from a Tomb close to the town of Arques.
